The object of Operation is to remove all thirteen

ailments from Cavity Sam before the time runs out!

The game randomly generates which ailment the

player needs to remove. The player must guide the

cursor through the path using the Directional Controls

without crossing over the lines. A ten second penalty

will be subtracted from your time if you cross over

the path. If you can move through the path without

crossing through the lines, you will be awarded points

(see Point Table).

You must remove all of the ailments to move to the

next level. Each level has a predetermined time limit

that decreases as you advance (see Level/Time Table).

The game is over when you do not successfully remove

all the ailing parts in the time allotted, or when you

complete all 30 levels.
